A newly discovered conundrum

Reading on the Internet movie database, I see that "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows" is split into two movies, one coming out in 2010 and the other in 2011. Interesting thought I, they are not sacrificing content for a fast paced movie on the final installment. What I then noted was what brought about the aforementioned conundrum. There is a high possibility that they will be rated R!
Quel horreur, what do we do?
I could justify it by saying that I have already read the book and already know the content.
But that is really a little bit of a cheat, n'est-ce pas?!!?
